Jaime Barrios

Owner & Head Coach

B.S., FRCms, XPS, GGS: Women’s Coach Specialist

Bringing over 12 years of diverse and high-level experience to the table. Jaime’s impressive background includes NFL Combine training, college-level strength and conditioning, and professional soccer with the Portland Thorns.

He has also worked with top-tier companies like Google and Intel HQ, helping their employees achieve peak physical performance. Jaime’s journey in the fitness world also took him to Results Fitness in Santa Clarita, CA-voted one of the top gyms in the nation-where he honed his skills and developed his unique coaching approach. Certified as a Women’s Coaching Specialist, Jaime is particularly dedicated to supporting women, especially busy moms, through pre- and post-partum fitness.
